My favorite thing

My favorite object are my headphones.

I use them every day to hear music on the travel to university or wherever I go, also I use them to watch movies or videos and for hear music to sleep. I like them because they make my travel so much fun, and are the best company when I feel happy, sad or when I am stressed, also I like to sing and dance when I hear music and together are the best combination. I have new headphones all the months because I usually bought cheap headphones in the metro station and they are not of good quality.

I know that is not an interesting object because is something that everybody has, but I think that my life without them could be so boring, because they make me feel better.

• What is your opinion about buying instead of adopting pets?

I strongly believe that adopt pets is so much better than buy, because behind pet shops or illegal sells the people don’t take care of the animal’s life, because they only want to earn money with them, and there are cases where the mother are in a horrible situation because she is raped constantly to have children to sell, and if you buy a pet you are contributing to this. Instead, If you adopt a pet, you can change their lives, because in the street they are sick, suffering hunger and cold.

• What is your opinion about  climate change?
• What is your opinion about recycling?

I think that is a big problem that we live daily and it’s getting worse every day, and many people don’t take conscience yet. Human activities and cattle industries are the principal activities that contribute to global warming, but as I said before, many people don’t understand this. Reduce, reuse, recycle, and even decrease meat consumption are good ways to decrease this risk and could stop it before it will be irreversible.

• What is your opinion about legalization of abortion in the 3 cases?

In my opinion, women have the right to choose if they want the baby or not, and if she won’t, she has the possibility to have a safe abortion, and for this reason I think that only 3 cases are not enough.

My Autobiography

Hi!, My name is Alonso Hernández Jiménez, I'm 18 years old and I was born in Santiago, Chile. My elementary school was Colegio Carlos Condell de la Haza -a little school close to my house-, and later I completed my high school at Liceo de Aplicacion with my "capucha" friends.<3

                I started to study Veterinary Medicine this year at Universidad de Chile, because as my friends and classmates, I love the animals, and I want to work in an animal shelter or something like that, where the animals could go back to their habitat when they can feel better.

                I live with my parents, sister and dog in Estación Central. My parents are too lovely and my sister is awesome!, her name is Denisse and she is 25 years old, My dog is called Turco and is a very grumpy and fat dog.

                I’m a boring person and don’t have hobbies, but I like to listen to music (like everyone), I hear all kinds of music but I prefer pop, indie or rock, my favorite artists in this moment are The Pretty Reckless, Aurora and Finneas.
